DELIVERY TIMES & SHIPPING QUESTIONS
- Orders are shipped Postal Priority Mail or Postal Express Mail Standard and typically take 1 - 2 weeks. (unless noted as backordered during the order process)
- Express shipments are accepted until 3PM PST most week days and normally go out the same day. Do not expect delivery on Sat., Sun. or holidays.
- If ordering express make sure and check your e-mail regularly in case we need to alert you of any problems or delays.
- We will contact you via e-mail only. Tracking numbers are available upon request at birdsboxers@gmail.com
- Some orders/countries may require additional shipping costs.
- SHIPPING IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

- All orders are shipped from one warehouse weekly.
